Accounts and keyholders
Everything the operator needs when an alarm comes in
Every home and company gets one record: the owner, the keyholders in the order to call them, the password and the alarm zones. The operator sees it as soon as they open the job.

What is on every record
The owner
Name, cell number and email. The alarm call-out report goes to the people you list here.
Keyholders in order
Who to call first, second and third, with their numbers and a note such as “has a key”.
The password
The password the operator asks for on the phone. Only the roles you choose can see it.
Zones and notes
The alarm zones, such as front door and lounge, and notes such as “two dogs in the yard”.
The record opens with the job
When an alarm comes in, the operator creates the job and picks the property. The record is right there, so there is nothing to look up.
- Search by account number, name or address
- Keyholder numbers are one tap to call
- The responder sees the zones and notes on their phone
- The call-out report goes to the owner on the record

Homes and companies
A home record is short
The owner, the keyholders, the password and the zones. That is all the operator needs at night.
A company record has more
The company name, its sites, the site contact, the keyholders and the zones, with a reference number for reports.
