Patrolly is developed and hosted by ZANi Systems, Pretoria, South Africa. For this website, ZANi Systems is the responsible party under the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA). Contact: hi@patrolly.co.za.

What we collect

Messages you send us on WhatsApp or by email: your name, number or email address, and what you write.
Basic, anonymous visit statistics from Cloudflare Web Analytics. It does not use cookies and does not follow you across sites.

Why we use it

To reply to you, to set up a demo or quote you asked for, and to keep this website working and secure.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry messages while we are talking to you and for a reasonable time afterwards, then delete them. Ask us if you want them deleted sooner.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your information. Our service providers (Cloudflare for the website and email forwarding, WhatsApp for messages, and Google for email) handle it only to deliver the service.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you. Email hi@patrolly.co.za. If you are unhappy, you can complain to the Information Regulator (inforegulator.org.za).

Patrolly customers

If your company uses Patrolly, your guards’ and clients’ information is processed for your company. That is covered in the agreement we make with you, not by this notice. See Security and POPIA.
