PSIRA permit tracker
Get a warning before a PSIRA card expires
Keep PSIRA cards, firearm competency, driver’s permits and training certificates in one place. Patrolly watches the dates and warns you early.

What it keeps track of
PSIRA registration and grade
The number, the grade and the expiry date for every guard.
Firearm competency and licences
Competency certificates, licences and the dates they run out.
Driver’s permits
Driver’s licences and PrDP for guards and responders who drive.
First aid and training
Certificates for first aid, fire fighting and any course you add.
Warnings that reach the right people
Patrolly does not wait for someone to check a spreadsheet.
- 90 days before: the guard gets a message
- 60 days before: the supervisor sees it on a list
- 30 days before: HR and the manager are told, and the roster shows a warning
- On the day it expires: the guard is blocked from the roster

Documents stored with each guard
Upload a copy of the card or certificate next to the date. When a client or auditor asks, everything is in one place.
- Copies of cards and certificates
- Search by guard, grade or expiry
- Export the permit list as a spreadsheet

What Patrolly does not do
Patrolly tracks the dates you enter and the documents you upload. It does not check PSIRA’s own systems, and it does not make you compliant by itself. It helps you notice in time.
